Busy day. Hit the gym, cut grass, took little bit to work. Finally got info from the insurance company, and took the van by the body shop for an estimate to get things rolling. Went to Walmart for a few things, may run to Ingles shortly, and gotta get stuff together for tomorrow. I'm going fishing, gonna take Tiffany if she feels like it.

I have given up on steaks. They are always so tough. I can’t remember the last time I had a nice and tender steak.

Where do you buy them? I get ours from Walmart, actually the only meat I buy from there. The USDA in the black styrofoam, they're always pretty tender. We've been on a thin kick lately, wife and kids always preferred those, but I've been eating their leftovers, and those thin ones are pretty dang good.

I bought them at Walmart. I have never paid attention to the styrofoam. I just know it has been a long time since I have had a decent steak.

I did read an article which stated the cattle industry has been breeding out the amount of fat in cattle on the hoof in order to supply a healthier steak. That same article said they have gone too far. I agree!
