Scott Edgar actually left to become head coach at SEMO. We can argue whether an assistant coaching job here is better than that, but he did leave for a promotion if you will which was my original intent in the post.

Granted it didn't excactly work out well for him there.

Scott Edgar had already completed two tenures as a head coach before he worked for Pearl.

Very excited to have Houston Fancher as a part of this staff, he did great things at Appy State.

FYI, my American History teacher in high school was Houstons brother Ray Fancher. Very good family. I wish the best for Houston.

He is there just rarely speaks out and is always pissed off at the world it seems like. When he does speak out he has some valid points

Forbes was supposed to be the defensive guru, and he has turned out to be a joke, imo. It wasn't until Pearl started stressing defense that they actually improved. I wouldn't mind seeing him leave.

If only I could. But like FKAL4T aka NYYVol stated, its one of those things you don't wanna see but you can't take your eyes off of it.
