I think I may have been convinced enough to go see it tomorrow. RTE if you are lying I will come to Belgium and slap you. I shall be the ultimate judge of how good/bad it is.

It's freaking flamers like RT that made me have doubts about this movie in the first place. I will walk the quarter of a mile to whatever hall you live in RT and slap you if this movie rocks.

Just remember it's a comic book movie and should be approached that way

Well I just use context clues from your first post that you thought the movie would suck. I just assumed you were one of the guys earlier in the thread who said the movie would suck. Upon further research it was your first post so I apologize. You're still a bama bangs flamer though.

Haha I am skeptical of this movie, but I am willing to give it a shot. I try to withhold my judgment on movies until after I have seen them...

Looks like I may have to eat my words. It's getting really good reviews so far. But movie critics have also had a love affair with Robert Downey Jr. as of late, so we'll see.

RTE if you've seen it, compare it to Transformers. Which was better?

I'm expecting to like Iron Man about as much as I did Transformers, which is average. I think it'll be entertaining but nothing I'm crazy about.

It wouldn't take a lot to be "much better" than transformers in my mind. At least Megan Fox was nice to look at. That was about it.

Iron Man is a little more fast paced then Transformers. I really don't know how to compare them. I really liked both, however I have seen Transformers like 8 or 9 times. Iron Man only once, so I can't say which one I like more till I see Iron Man a few more times

I liked this movie a lot.

CBC you need to go see it so you can get over your dislike of Downey Jr.

haha yeah I didn't want to give away too much two days before anyone else saw it.

But at then end...well...ill say in a few days, don't want to ruin it!
