I was thinking the same thing. They are most likely LED. Everything else in the stadium lights up.

Hmmm, it would look better if they'd change the press box color from "band-aid" to white and make the letters orange.

No way those don't light up as ORANGE.
As others have said, Danny White and Crew haven't made many missteps and I don't see signage in the mother ship being one either.

Just imagine...November 2nd, UK rolls in as a Top 25 team looking to spoil a highly ranked Tennessee squad coming off an Alabama win, at night...the lights go out, the strains of Spooky Top start, this huge blazing orange sign fires across the stadium in a wonderfully amazing glow as the men traverse the sacred and holy ground between the T in dark mode uniforms. It will be epic...
