New night shift thread

I have my eye on a gold lame' banana hammock to complete my ensemble. You guys will love it. :dance2: And NO Sam...you can not borrow my bedazzled Cowboy hat. It took me a week to make that thing...I even got a blister on my pinky finger so bad I had to take my CZ pinky ring off. :)

Plus she is ugly

She's not super hot, but her voice is like a beacon of truth!!! And she's married to my favorite guitar player, Derek Trucks. Dude is a beast on the slide.

You channeled your inner Goat.

What is weird is that I wasn't even trying to bash on AJ. I thought what I said was pretty much the consensus evaluation of him. Mouhon was my least favorite commit, and I am glad he is gone. We sure don't need any more slow, stiff bohunks that look like SEC football players but sure don't play like one.

I'm hoping the class we are bring in will give AJ some motive to pick his game up a little and some help on defense. He can be a beast when he wants to be, but probably just got drug down this season because of the lack of depth.

I seriously want to see him getting in the backfield and eating people alive next season.

Didn't see your posts, but I'm assuming you were referencing Johsnon's inability to take the correct first step at the snap, shed blocks, take proper angles, and wrap up?

I've always thought he was our best linebacker, but still not nearly as good as he should be. This season I critical for him. He could help himself a ton if he just improves in a few aspects of his game.

Yeah that was pretty much what I was saying. The thing is though, AJ has been a freakin starter for 3 years and still plays slow, soft and stupid. I seriously doubt that he is going to improve much now. Him being our best LB ain't saying much. We haven't had a real upper echelon SEC LBer in it seems like forever. I was watching the replay of the 01 UT-UF game the other night and it was just so depressing to see how far our LBs have fallen off....He!! old Eddie Moore wasn't even considered a great UT LB and he was light years better than anything we have had for years now.....Just SMH. I hope to everything good and Orange in the world that this crop coming in restores some a$$kicking pride to our defense.
