I totally 100% agree... let's get some new blood into the program.

Do you know anything about Chris Hatcher down at Valdosta State. I think he would be a reasonable choice.

What about Tommy West (from Memphis)?
He was a player at UT; he definitely believes in throwing the ball downfield.

....nah. Why would he leave a head coaching job for an OC spot?

And him waiting for Fulmer to leave isn't an option.

What about Mike Leach (at Texas Tech)?
Check out his Profile.

He has some very innovative ideas on using a tennis-ball serving machine to improve hand-eye coordination of receivers.

No! I mean hire a Head Coach.
If you replace the OC, you can be sure that PF will be part of the interview and hire process, which means that the old system will still be in place.

According to Rivals the top 5 OC are as listed:

1. Terry Malone (Michigan)
2. Chris Peterson (Boise State)
3. Norries Wilson (Connecticut)
4. Jimbo Fisher (LSU)
5. Paul Petrino (Louisville)

Paul Petrino is one heck of a ball coach, I'd love to see him as UT's OC.

we need cutcliff

I'm not so sure about that. Coach Cut is a good man and did some good stuff for us, but I don't think that his heart could take it at Tennessee. I'm afraid a season like this would kill him. We don't want to be known the offense that is so bad it killed it's OC. ESPN would have a field day with that.

Besides, IF there was any change coming along, I would hope that they take applications this time.

Looks like alot of us want to see DC back. It would be nice but we all know that he will get another head coaching opportunity and we would loose him again.

What a great hire Norm Chow would be. TN is branded as good-ole -boy redneck trustee run political institution just above Alabama. Norm Chow would show that TN is a progressive thinking, culturally diverse institution PLUS>>>We would get one of the best offensive minds in Football. Talk about a win-win situation.
