Colonel Reb was a harmless goofy character. There are much more offensive mascots if you ask me. It still upsets my best buddy who is a Ole Miss Alum that they removed him.

If a school decided to use a Black Panther or Malcom X as their mascot should I be offended? Doubt it. Our slippery slope of PC sensitivity is only getting worse. When does the madness end?
