It seems like our jerseys have gotten more "snug" over the last few years - so much so that you can see the players pads through the jersey. Any body else notice that???

Alot of that is mostly undersized jerseys with double sided tape between the jersey and shoulder pads. It keeps the jersey snug and much harder for another player to make a jersey tackle, or for the linemen keeps them from being held during blocks.

The best trick I've heard of is spraying down the jerseys of offensive linemen with Pam cooking spray.

Apparently it used to be a fairly common practice. I've heard that alluded to by a lot of coaches at our TD Club.
