actually in this instance he had the period in the correct place.. not being a dick just thought id point that out...
plus i think with everyone texting on their phones nowadays it has ruined everyone's sense of grammer haha

Actually no it isn't. The period has to be inside the quotation marks to end the sentence. Not being an ass toward you, but if he is going to bash someone else, then you'd think he would get his own stuff right.
