They will come slow IMO from here on out until the season starts up. The only ones that will commit during the off-season are die-hard vols. I believe the new staff is still trying to find their new guys and recruits to fit the system. Many more will come after Spring practice is over.
I would guess a QB or an OL. They seem to make decisions rather quickly. With a ton of QBs in the South this year, it won't be nearly as hard to find one as it was in '10.

Hopefully we land a couple solid prospects at Junior Day later this month, but doubtful. I just don't know many prospects at this point that are jumping all over the chance to come here. Dooley definitely has to work, but he seems to be the kind of guy that may push for 12-14 OL/DL in this class. We may not land another prospect until the QB dominos start to fall.

The last staff really was one of the greatest recruiting staffs ever assembled. The problem is that it had a ton of chemistry issues. Half of the staff was in your face 24/7 and the other half was the exact opposite. Gran left because of it. Chaney was going to leave. Thompson may have had issues as well. I think this staff will gel much better. I still think this staff can land us top 10, and even top 5, classes.
This staff also is very diverse. We have a good mix of NFL experience vs youth. A good mix of recruit first vs coaching first. It doesn't really surprise me, though, because it is exactly what Dooley was talking about.

Integrity is the most important piece of coaching. Look at all of the greats. They may not have all been exceptionally likable characters, but they almost always are men(or women i.e. Pat Summitt) with good character, integrity, honesty, discipline.
