So Ole Miss' point guard is better.

And Ole Miss' 2 guard is better.

Ole Miss has a much better record than Tennessee and Ole Miss beat Tennessee at TB.

I guess I am missing something. Ole Miss 15 and 2 ------ Tenn 9 and 7......

Hmmm I guess the records are not a true representation of the prowess of either these teams. Clearly the Vols are a much better team than Ole Miss.
Both are debatable. More to a game than just points scored my friend.

can you do math?

YUP. I just like proving my point when someone posts a bogus argument.

You compare Golden to Henderson. Then you are dogging on Golden's ranking of 9th in assist/TO but you fail to post your boy Henderson's.....hmm....wonder why???

Changing the topic again I see. Was referring to PPG per player that you mentioned.

Dear god man, stay within the argument if you are going to participate!!

my orig statement was that Tennessee was going to get worn out by Ole Miss and I stand by that statement.

Ole Miss point guard Summers is better statistically than Golden.

One could argue either way whether Henderson is better statistically than McRae or vice versa - there numbers are similar but I would give the nod to Henderson given is PPG.

But the main point is that Ole Miss pretty much dominated the Vols in the last meeting. Tennessee could barely guard Ole Miss at any position on the floor. I will venture to say that Ole Miss will have a better conference record than the Vols in the final analysis.

Hmmmmmm.

I don't need to look at the stats, Marshall Henderson is straight bada** and would love to him on our team. Talk about getting a team fired up and going, that kid has IT

Would I take him, sure. Trade him for McRae, I don't think I would.

I would but it's mainly bc of the fire and energy he brings ole miss. They really feed off of his play. Also watch him at the end of games, there is probably not a more clutch player in the sec. I do like how McRae is playing and hope he keeps improving.

Pop in the tape of Henderson acting like a punk the last time they played UT and have Stokes send him a message early if he comes in the lane. I don't see a win, but I better see more effort than I saw last time. That was embarrassing last time and they better take more pride.

So what you're telling me is Henderson's 3 point % is only 1% higher than McBee's career %?

Hmmmmmmmm

If we can beat ole miss, we get a pretty easy stretch of 6 games after that, probably favored in all 6. Won't be an easy task, especially in Oxford, but a huge win it'd be.

Can turn this thing around quick if we come ready to play next Thursday.
Ole Miss is one of the best teams flying under the rader in the country right now, win would be big time might get us going.:)

While ole miss is playing well and they wood shedded us at home, they are still coached by Andy Kennedy. We have a shot.

Henderson would be sitting on the bench in the 2nd half with sore forearms back in the day. Once you see somebody start to get off you gotta try and let him know its not happening.

I'm not really understanding the optimism. Yes we got a win, but MSU is pretty awful. Ole Miss whipped at home just 2 weeks ago. I don't think OM is unbeatable, but there's not a lot of signs here telling me we're going to win.

Exactly what I'm saying. Send a message to his punk ass early. Yemi usually gets his money on his fouls. Let Yemi hammer him good one time if he comes in the lane.

Buckner and Holloway owned the paint last time. Stokes, Yemi and Hall cannot let them go off. Henderson jacks some crazy shots at times, but if Ole Miss is getting the boards and another chance then it just kills you.
