Everyone needs to remember this depiction is not the actual design, it’s just a box to highlight the area of interest. For them to go through this process. I seriously doubt it will be built “into the stadium” with views inside as I don’t think most people would approve of such a radical structural change that would require carving out the rowdiest corner of the stadium, but then again, it wouldn’t surprise me! Can they not get the rest of f’in concourses ramps and plazas done first? Jeez

I thought it was property adjacent to G10 that hasn't been developed.

Where the old steam plant with the huge smoke stack was I bet.

Just maybe the lower floors are a parking garage or maybe connected to a secured section of G10 with a new ramp. Could work well for TBA and LN stadium as well... Great view of Volunteer landing and the river. Leaf season anyone? What a great home for recruits on officials. Expanded summer camps maybe. Shuttle to Market Square and the Old CIty/new stadium area. Couple of economy floors for campers etc. then the big bucks floors too. Maybe an interconnect to the sky boxes on the East side. Take a stroll on the soon to be pedestrian bridge. Could be a neat attraction.

I can see it now. You can rent a room but you have to park and ride to get to the hotel.
