NFL Game Thread

Aaron Rodgers just fumbled and got a personal foul call on a guy diving on top of him with the ball rolling around. There's protecting the QB, then there's dumb.

The Falcons really need to hold the Packers to 3 after that interception. That was a poor decision by Ryan trying to force that pass.

I missed this. Pretty funny imo

NFL Fisher: Redskins have bigger worries - ESPN

Before Sunday's 24-0 win against the Redskins, Fisher strayed from sending the team's normal captains to midfield for the pregame coin toss. Instead, he sent the six players who the team drafted with picks acquired in the 2012 trade with Washington to handle those duties.

Asked about the anger that the gesture might have stirred up in Washington, Fisher didn't flinch.

"I think they've got more issues than the coin toss yesterday," Fisher said.

Receiver Stedman Bailey, cornerback Janoris Jenkins, defensive tackle Michael Brockers, running back Zac Stacy, left tackle Greg Robinson and linebacker Alec Ogletree represented St. Louis.

Rodgers for MVP

I dont think I've ever seen a QB with that much athleticism who is that aware within the offense of when to use it. Usually a big arm like that and legs like that will eventually get a QB in trouble with gunslinger tendencies. His lack of interceptions is incredible.

He's like the Anit-Favre

He's easily the best late game QB because if you are playing from behind, he is near impossible to stop when he has 4 downs. When he's playing with a lead, teams can't sell out and tee off on the RB like they do with Brady, Manning, Rivers, and Brees, because he can beat you with his feet on the waggle.

Russell Wilson recorded his 33rd career win, tying Dan Marino and Matt Ryan for the most wins by a Super Bowl-era QB in their first three seasons.
