It seems like almost everyone is picking the Pats to win today, and I have no idea why. The Broncos already beat NE once at Mile High without Manning, so it makes no sense for everybody to all of a sudden think the Pats are going walk right over them now that he's back.

Pats are healthy now, Broncos defense has injuries and isn't playing as well, and Manning is still a huge question mark

It's the Denver effect. The Patriots seem to be a different team than they usually are when they go to mile high stadium.

Weren't the Pats largely healthy for the first meeting? I thought all the injuries to the OL and WR's came a few weeks after that game, but I could be wrong.

No they arent - people overlook the fact NE lost 2 starting linebackers last week -- the area of the defense PM loves to throw at
