Yeah they are actually. You have two passing philosophies present in the NFL. West coast and Air Croyell.

You have two main run plays that everyone uses. Zone and power. There is no innovation. And there hasnt been for over a decade.

I look at an offense like Philly has and compare it to someone like the Steelers. They seem to be quiet different to me. I mean granted that it isn't as diverse as offenses in college, but you are comparing the differences in 32 teams to differences between 140 something teams.

The 4 or 8 team playoff is perfect for college football. The more seeds you add, the less the regular season means. The #4 or $8 team are way better than the #16 team.

The NFL has gotten soft sadly. They are the kings of recycling things.

The NFL is so boring and bland to me. People say it's the best but I don t see it. The regular season means squat in the League, 7-9 can get you into the playoffs this year. That to me is socialism at its finest. Let's give everyone a chance even though they don't deserve it.
College Football and the SEC especially is the greatest football in the known world. Every game is meaningful and that's what make it so great. The passion, the tradition is unmatched. The playoffs will ruin this I fear. They will only add more teams as the years go buy and this great sport will die.
