I believe that number 9 were unarmed I think there were also 16 or so unarmed white people killed by police. I would guess every weekend blacks kill at least 100 other blacks in these large democrat led cities. This being a long weekend and holiday the numbers are usually more than usual so it will be interesting when the numbers come out early next week for this weekend

These are not the concerns of the small group of vocal, media-propped activists. The answers have no use in driving forward anti capitalist ideas.

The number of black names killed by police would fit on a football team's roster? What kind of numbers are we talking here? I heard it was an epidemic, and black men were being hunted down and killed for being black.

Good distinction that I failed to make. I heard those stats yesterday from a pro-Trump, pro-cop, ex-cop black conservative that is just blowing craters in the narrative.

(And if the numbers are correct, and black killed-by-cop are statistically similar or below other races, @luthervol's CHOP logic that it's "nothing" should apply.)

It would seem that if the NFL wanted to take a pro-black stance, they'd throw a crap-ton of money into inner city education and family services that keep black families together.

They are in a battle to see who can pander the most. The NBA has been trying to appeal to only young black males for a long time, I guess the nfl is now going down that same road

Yes but that doesn’t pander to the antifa BLM crowd. None of these leagues or groups care about the actual issues in the black community

ANTIFA and BLM are communists who see blacks as matches to be burned to ignite the revolution.

Black live genuinely do matter, and we all need to act like it. Being exploited by communists isn't the way to be celebrated.

Every life matters no matter their color or political leanings, it isn’t that difficult to be a decent human being but we have turned the most simple task into whatever this is.
