After 1 year? Damn...

Yeah, to make enough impression on other players to have them vote you into the top 6% of the league with just 1 year to showcase your talent is quite a feat. I'm certain Suh will make the list, but wondering about any other rookies.

Jerod Mayo at #62.

Belicek was saying he doesn't spend any money. He was giving him crap about still owning the first dollar he earned and stuff like that. It was funny.

Is it? I don't think so...

A lot of people under rate Beason because he's on a small market team, but he's been an all-pro, multiple year pro-bowler and is one of the top LBs in the game. Compare that with Berry's one season in the NFL and I don't think he's as good as Beason yet...

I think you have to go by quality, not quantity.

Beason has been very good for a number of years, but so has Berry in his only year.

It's kind of unclear what the criteria is for these players rankings. Is it ranking the best players currently in the NFL? Or is it ranking the players based on what they did in the 2010 season? If it's the latter you could argue that Berry edges Beason.

If they're asking the players, it's probably a ranking of the best players and not best 2010 seasons...I agree that Berry shouldn't be above Beason yet. But I don't think 93 is too high for Berry as much as I think it's too low for Beason.

Now I'm thinking for sure it's based on 2010 alone because Brandon Lloyd is #58.

Also, the most likeable guys will get the most votes, because their teammates and friends are voting for them. It's more than just on the field performance..

I think there's a legitimate case to be made as to why that makes somebody a better player. Good teammates are good players, no?

Greg Jennings at 74 is a sham.

2nd in TDs
4th in yards
6th in yards per game
3rd (among receivers) in YAC
3rd in receptions of 20+ yards

All that and he was 18th in receptions. Domination every time he touched the ball.

I love Eric Berry, but him being above Jon Beason after just his rookie season is asinine...

I honestly don't care about any ut player after they leave so I have no vested intrest in this, but I have to agree with you.
