Grew up there. Great "community" if your ambitions are to work in a factory or smoke meth. Nothing else.

AT.

ALL.

I still live here as do most of my family and friends and your statement does not apply to any of them...good day sir. Athens does not miss you...by the way

Which is a bigger deal:

A TN organization bringing in Bama's coach to give a speech, or that the event sold more than 3 times as many tickets than when they had 3 UT legends at a similar event?

It is a problem when that midget sold more tickets than three UT legends. I reckon it's alot of bandwagon Alabama trash in Athens

I'll put $5 in the pot for someone to write (in shoe polish), THIS IS BIG ORANGE COUNTRY on the windshield of his car while he's in there giving his speech.

We should be able to raise a lot of money for someone to step up and do that.

If we do anything to his car it should be removing the stack of books he has to sit on to see over the steering wheel and take the coffee cans he straps to his feet to reach the pedals.

Athens Chamber of Commerce hates UT. Not true VFLs, imo

In all seriousness, why does this piss people off that Saban is speaking in Tennessee? Dude is good at what he does, and the event is for a good cause. Aside from that, there is more to life than football. At the end of the day, it's a game. If it bothers you THAT badly, then your priorities are likely in the wrong place.

Maybe some of you should go hear him speak. You might actually learn something.

Get off our board tea bagger! Perhaps you want to go to Auburn and kill some trees! I don't care what you do as long as you go back to whatever sewage system you live in! Bammer trolls not welcome ...
