When you're facing a 3 man rush that has no shot of getting home, it's gonna make most every QB look good....and the WRs as well.I think Nico has turned a corner. Ever since the start of the Georgia game he's looked like a different player. He looks like a championship QB. We're a team no longer carrying an inexperienced QB to victory. He's now carrying us offensively. If Nico continues to play at this level we can beat anybody.
Now we just need to get healthy.
I agree with this post. Not to bring up a negative, but I’m just curious as to what happened on the interception. He had a wide-open touchdown and threw it way short and inside. The announcers were convinced it was an under throw, but I just don’t see him under throwing it that badly. He must’ve thought that the receiver was gonna slant in, correct?

Hopefully that shows the oline has improved. Vandy’s d also has been known all year to not give up big plays consistently especially in the secondary so that’s a positive that we had big plays over and over and did pretty much whatever we wanted.
Looked to me like he thought the receiver was going to break in towards the post, not keep running down the sideline.I agree with this post. Will be extremely happy if you turn out to be correct but I'm not convinced yet.Nico has overcome a lot of adversity this season and come back every time with a vengeance. This is a sign of a QB growing before our eyes. I'm expecting massive things out of him next year and to be a high draft pick when it is his time to go to the NFL.
I knew this was your post before reading your name. You are an absolutely the biggest sunshine pumper on the planet. I hope you are correct about Nico .I think Nico has turned a corner. Well dang, since you put it that way I completely agree with you!!With all the shade thrown at him by some people, I'm pretty sure he has set every single season freshman passing record at Tenn including completions, attempts, yards, TDs, etc.
And he's also 11-2 as a starter and led the team to the playoff in his first season. I think he's doing alright.
I think it was what you mentioned, or the ball slipped out of his hand a bit.I agree with this post. Not to bring up a negative, but I’m just curious as to what happened on the interception.
