Don't let anyone kid you ...There is always a cap...it's called the current cash balance. There is always a finite amount.

Right, the cap is how much money you got available. It may not be a mandated equal cap like the NFL but it's there. Most of these folks on here wanting to pay this and pay that aren't talking about using their own money.
