OP - I believe you and have serious doubts that Nico finishes his collegiate career here. I hope that I am wrong. Regardless, its my opinion that the pendulum has swung too far to the other side, giving players way too much control. This NIL stuff and transfer portal needs parameters very soon.

Evidently they are not going to do anything about any of the tampers, Ewers was offered 6 mill to go into the portal and go to at least one other school if not multiple schools. No hint of any punishment or threats. Sadly, it seems to have become the new norm.

80% of the kids in college football are talking with someone about making their situation better. Would not be surprise and I would think Nico entertained calls from other places... That is the world of college athletics now.

Handlers having conversations with another organization is different than a player having direct contact. The handlers (or agents) communicate with their client but again, there is a difference.

Source that knows the what’s happening in the athletic departments of Bama, Miami, Georgia, and Oregon. A source that had information disclosed by all of those programs that is punishable by the NCAA. And this source that has all those programs trust is loose lipped enough to share? Yeah you’re FOS. Not kind of or a little but completely FOS.

Let them have the $7 million overthrowing machine. If it's true and he's interested in listening to other teams offers, let him walk. That $7 mil can be spent better elsewhere.
