We usually make extra of everything for leftovers. And certain stuff I freeze.So I made tuna salad for for sandwiches for lunch tomorrow - 10 boiled eggs, 4 -8oz cans of tuna in water, black olives,pepperoncinis, light mayo, 6 whole pickles, Lil bit of spicy mustard and lots of ground pepper. It's like 3 pounds of food, last me over the next 3 days, we have a toaster and I'll eat it on honey wheat. Anyone else ever make too much and be like dam I can't even give this away!?
