I’m good. End of the year and a new workout program is kicking my tail. I’m good tho. Give me a few weeks and you’ll be wishing I was mia again lol

Set some non-scale goals. Take pictures. Notice things you can do that you couldn’t. Monitor your resting heart rate. Don’t let the scale be your only motivating factor.

My main goal is to keep the ole ticker healthy. After I had the heart attack 3 years ago I lost 70 pounds. I've gained most of that back. A lot of that is from changing to a desk job. I have noticed that I feel better since I started trying to eat more healthy and work out.
