The program is at a critical point. The Lady Vols have the talent to do much better. However, the culture of the team is in the tank. It is going to take a firm hand to right the ship. KJH has done a lot with very little, NCF is a good coach, but neither have shown the capability of recruiting top level talent and winning the big games in the big leagues, especially the SEC. USC is looming as a dominant team in the SEC. MSU will somehow pull another fantastic team. The next coach has to hit the ground running. Jeff Waltz is going to be too big a bite financially thanks to so many bad choices of previous ADs. We need a Dawn Staley or Geno type coach. Becky Hammon would be the best bet if she would take the job. There aren't many blue chip candidates available.

Oh stop...Holly was better than Nikki as the results show and she was a former lady vol...Maybe we should've kept her by your logic...Like I said go back to the JG thread so we can keep laughing at your idiocy.

The only person we laugh at is you and your prognostications. Dobbs isn't an SEC QB. He won't make it to the NFL. JG will never start here. Dormady was better than Dobbs. Dormady was better than JG. So on and so forth. 😂🤣😅

Fargas is is better coach than current HCs who are former Lady Vols. Namely Harper who many want.

How does a coach with 4 more years and way less success have a higher ceiling? By failing at the one p5 job she got?

Maria speaks for the old guard. She’s not without conflicts of interest—NF as the coach changes nothing as far as access for her.

Good Lord give up on this crap. Nickki has proved she is a below average head coach. Another holly with a motorcycle. We don’t need to hire an exladyvol. None have been outstanding coaches, or even above average. Give it a rest.
