#1 ranked WR in the 2018 class leaving Penn St. I wonder if he'd consider Tennessee with JJ and Calloway leaving. NFL build (6-4, 235). Only had 12 catches as a freshman, but that doesn't mean anything. PSU was stacked at WR this year.
