Yeah, keep laughing while he racks up the orange and blue championship rings and huge signing bonus.

It's too bad aknowledging the only time Noah's gators were victorious with Tennessee....was when Lofton was unable to suit up. It must be a harsh reality check knowing CBP is 3-1 against Billy Deez and Mr. Noah's Express..

I'm sorry, but us Gator fans and especially Joakim don't care about a meaningless regular season 3-1 record against us. We care about what matters, like 3 straight SEC Tourney championships, 1 regular season SEC championship, and 1 National Championship, all in the past 3 years. That may be more titles in the entire UT athletic department combined over that span.

I could've swore that Lord of the Dance said the reason he came back to college this year was to beat UT and Bruce Pearl twice.

Maybe next year, Joey.

For once tidwell, your comments are valid.:mega_shok: He did indeed tell Bruce that at the Reebok Camp last summer..

I, along with 98% of the our fellow posters who have a pulse, know he did, StunnA. We don't need your confirmation.

You do tidwell... when you tried to correct me stating that Dana:birgits_giggle: on Cold Pizza said the game was 3:45. I'm gonna have to confirm alot of your statements from here on out. It was well-known last night that we'd play at 2:45 EDT Friday.

Does anyone remember back when Florida's bball team was just flat out horrible? Funny how all of a sudden I see gator bball fans everywhere.....I wander if the idea of their cheerleader wearing cut off blue jeans has even been passed around? :dance2:

Funny that you say that when just 2 years ago, Tennessee stunk up the place in the SEC East cellar and there were plenty of fans disguised as orange seats in that bat cave of an arena you call TBA.

StunnA, please do me a favor and quote the post where I said, "StunnA, you are wrong." I merely said what was said on the show. Try again.

Now, I think hatvol made a couple more posts, so isn't it about time to take one of his points and recycle it into a thread of your own? Maybe even watch some game film of that Hibbard guy who plays for Georgetown?

I mentioned Georgetown well before anyone else did.. I don't know where you get that idea watching game film. I've watched them all year and I could tell you almost everything about John Thompson 111's club.. I stated a while ago they would go very deep in the tournament.. And I never saw his post on Louiville's location. So go ahead and get that out of your head.. I saw Hibbert play on the AAU circuit with the DC Blue Devils years ago. "Try again"

After all those years of watching Hibbert, why did you think his name was Hibbard?

lol, have a good one, StunnA.

Nice edit, by the way.

Florida better hope Georgetown doesn't make it to the final.. They have the size and athleticism to punish Florida on defense.. They have played very well going down the stretch. Roy Hibbert would crush Noah down low this year.. And Jeff Green might be the tournament's MVP when it's all said and done my slimy little friend.:shades:

Or anything about their football program pre-Spurrier? You sure didn't see a lot of Florida gear being worn around back when I was in college, that's for sure. But now that they've finally manged to turn their enormous demographic advantage into some sustained athletic success, the whole state seems to have jumped on the bandwagon.

They're basically like Hokies fans, only five or ten years further down the road. What they lack in tradition, they try to make up for in volume and obnoxiousness.

The 3 Florida schools dominate football in approximate 4 year cycles. Florida State, Miami, Florida, Florida State, Miami, and now Florida again. The Gators will be tough for the next 2 or 3 seasons untill some young hotshot coach takes over and the 'Noles start getting all the talent.

.... uhh last time I checked the "bat cave" had a name..Thompson Boiling Arena..and it just happens to be the 2nd largest college arena...As it is at Florida, its hard for a "Football first" school to consistantly fill the stands with basketball fans like they do at Duke or UNC

Unless, of course, you build a room with the maximum capacity similar to a high school football stadium in Texas.

Is there a point to building such a huge arena when it will only be filled for a UF or a UK game...
You won't know until Florida builds one, evidently.

In the mean time, you can continue to brag about sellouts consisting of 9, maybe 10 thousand people.
