Nobody Wants The Miami AD Job

If any of them watch the networks and knew there’s a good chance Mario Cristobal would be interested they’d fire him tomorrow.

I would suspect that those on the board who are pro-Diaz are that way because they can control him.

Cristobal-and any coach worth a crap is going to want to call their own shots.

If you know anything about UM the institution, this isn't all that surprising. They are the epitome of a house divided.

There is a faction of people there who want UM football to be a national power again, and a faction of people where who want intramurals. That's how far apart they are ideologically.

Wow I thought the 12 that UT has is too many. More than 50!? No wonder it’s a cluster
I saw a tweet earlier that said Miami has a total of 63 regents. It's not uncommon for private universities to have large boards. Donate $10mm-$20mm to the school...poof, you're a regent. Last time I checked Baylor had 36 regents.

Edit: Found the tweet. It's actually 68 regents.

They should go find one more regent!

Interesting. One of my fraternity brothers has been a deputy AD at UCF for the past 8 years and he was on the short list to replace Danny White. Wonder if he might get a call?
