Iowa just packing the paint and daring SC to take jumpers, which they’ve mostly been afraid to take. And on offense they’re going to keep putting SC’s bigs in ball screens until they either stop leaving the Iowa big wide open on the roll, or they go zone. Lisa Bluder put on a coaching clinic that quarter.

What was great about that Iowa defense that completely ignored the SC guard--nobody within 12 feet of her out front--is that on one
of the subsequent SC possessions, she decided to take a wide-open three--and she wasn't even close, so Iowa had scouted her properly.

Gonna make Dawn’s head explode. All season they have gotten away with a ton of contact on the perimeter. They aren’t going to allow that on Clark.
