Also note how many steps the kicker gets to take before he kicks off (they can kind of get a running start). On field goals there's only enough time for a few, quick steps (3 or 4 maybe)

I see the pressure point....I would think the time point could be a game of chance...IF you could block everyone you could have more time to get a running start...I just thought that was a big kick... and was wandering if there was that big a diffrence with holder.
