That's absurd because it depends on the deal.

If NK removed all of its nukes and dismantled the program and in exchange we lifted sanctions I'd be happy to give Trump credit. As is, it sure looks like what happened here is that there was a failure of the administration to pave the way ahead of time for the terms of an agreement.

Under normal administrations, these summits are largely ceremonial. The hard work and negotiating has been going on for a long time. With Trump, he just takes a flyer and sees what happens.

He is slowly learning that things don't work this way. Besides, the international community knows he's a fraud and a conman. They don't fall for his bogus promises.

No it doesn't depend on the deal. CNN/Pelosi/Schumer/MSNBC etc would have told you all it was bad either way and you all would have been here repeating it.

You hear only what you want to hear on those channels. When I watch them, I have repeatedly heard them give him credit for opening a dialogue and for the possibility of de-nuking the peninsula. Your problem is that you confuse skepticism that such is going to happen with it being criticism of Trump.

No one has been able to de-nuke NK. It seems highly unlikely anyone will be able to do so. Saying that they don't believe Trump will get it done is not a knock on Trump -- its an acknowledgement of the reality of the situation.

The right has gotten angry and now is just resorting to name calling. It is a massive flip flop from the past. It is not just you. Social media is full of tweets, posts etc about how liberals are evil. It is a disturbing trend.

The left and the MSM just can't say anything positive about the President. They were bashing him yesterday for probably giving everything to Kim for nothing in return.

To now bashing him for not getting a deal and walking away without anything.

there was nothing real positive to say. maintaining the status quo was good, but it boils down to "Trump didn't make things worse." which is a moral victory when it comes to NK, but thats not what we are about.
