I don't think they have much individual fight in them. The ww2 era Japanese were evil and had the power to do the things they did. NK has none of that. Outside of their leaders when have they showed any fight?

They are starved, the minority they feed and arm couldn't possibly successfully mount an offensive operation to invade and hold real estate.
