1. I have a feeling we will only hear Gilliland's name on Fridays, unless Yates has pulled a dramatic turn-around from the last couple years.

2. Definitely.

3. Unless the wheels fall off, literally and figuratively, yes.

4. Just fine.

5. Casey Mears better make it.

6. No.

7. Swimmingly.
Watch out for Montoya. He is a wheelman. Nothing he cant drive, kinda like Tony.

1.David Gilliland will be competitive. Pick him to win at least 2 Cup races.:eek:k:
2. Here are at least two solids for the top 10 this season: "Smoke" and Jimmie Johnson.
3. Can Dale Jr compete this season and make the cut for the CHASE?
4. How will the Busch brothers fare?
5. Who will be the surprise driver of the season and make the CHASE as Denny Hamlin did in 2006?
6. Will any of the Toyota drivers make the CHASE?
7. How will the Hendrick team fare this season?

1. Montoya will definitely win, if nothing else, on his sheer talent alone. Gilliland, not so much.
2. yup
3. make the Chase? yes. compete? no.
4. both make the Chase. Kyle won't fall off and the new nose will help the Dodge drivers who know what they're doing. (Kahne, Busch, Montoya, Sadler).
5. agree with Tid. it better be Casey Mears. otherwise, he'll go the route of Jammie McWhory.
6. most will be lucky to stay in the top 35. Red Bull Racing will be just fine.
7. like they always do, consistant.
