Notre Dame vs. USC

Brady Quinn is completing passes at a 50% clip right now. I'm wondering if he was up around 60 or 70% if Bob Davie might not be proposing marriage right now.

ND gets exposed again under good competition.

At least we won't have to watch a OSU-Mich rematch assuming USC closes out UCLA.

Give Quinn a break, he threw for 270 yards and ran for another 70. He had about 350 yards of total offense, three touchdowns, and no picks. It's just too bad ND doesn't have a defense, and the coach goes for it on about every 4th down.

You gotta feel sorry for Charlie and ND if that rematch with Michigan comes true in the Rose Bowl... surely they won't put the poor Domers through that for the third time this year.

You gotta love the current system with respect to Notre Dame . . . A two loss team with two beatdowns against the only two big time opponents they faced and they win a trip to Pasadena.

For another beatdown.

Musburger was trying give ND a positive spin by saying their last three losses were against Ohio State, Michigan, and Southern Cal. He left out the part about how they were never in any of those games.

no love lost for either team, but I'm glad USC rolled. I respect the tradition that Notre Dame brings to college football, but I despise the preferential treatment they get by the media and the BCS.

A Ohio State-USC matchup would be great after watching that last night. JArrett is awesome.

That has to be the title game. It was too fun watching USC play.

Or that they had about 450 yards per game put on them over those last three losses. For real.

Didn't Ohio State go over 600 yards in the Fiesta Bowl? I know it was something crazy like that. Yet they only scored 34 points.

Michigan and Southern Cal just about put a UT vs. UGA in 2006 on'em however.

During the game, I was trying to think of another athlete that has done as little as Brady Quinn has done, yet repeatedly is called by his first name by the broadcasters. Brady does this, Brady does that. Brent Musberger is horrible. One of his great lines during the game was,

"the road to Glendale is paved with Trojans"

What a moron.
