Of course they are. Our "President " just incited an insurrection. Duh.

Which is astonishing that the gun manufacturers would allow this to happen given it's the NRA's dog whistles that constantly drive fear based sales when a Dem gets elected.

Remember when Clinton was comin for yer gunz? Then Obama. Now it's Biden coming for em'.

What did Trump do about the "gun problem?" "Much more than most administrations..."

Crazy how these mouth breathers keep falling for it time and time again.
Funny how we didn't hear a peep from his loyalists here. Shows the cerebral limitations of his most ardent supporters

Trump thought we had a "gun problem", those aren't my words. He was very proud of his administrations response to it - but the Dems are comin' fer your gunz.

What gun problem? The only people that have a gun problem are the people that don't have a gun.

Interesting what you spike a football over. I couldn't care less about the NRA, and you and the commie whore will get nowhere near my gun. *winning*
Yay! Someone finally knows the difference between "I couldn't care less" and "I could care less"

Federal taxes brainiac. New York has their own special hell for companies for things like property taxes and such.

The NRA is chartered in NY, which gives NY jurisdiction to remove directors etc for malfeasance, but its HQ is in VA. I'd be curious to know what property it owns in NY and how its property or income are taxed there. (My understanding is 501c4's arent deductible contributions but their income isn't taxed either). Can you elaborate on how they're taxed by NY?

Edit: now that I think about it they probably keep some apartments or houses in NY for the execs to use for "business purposes."

I’ve made it known far and wide that I have no love for the NRA despite being a life member. They are just like the Republicuck RINO cowards who do nothing except suck away good money and then turn tail and retreat or surrender or compromise when the going get’s tough. All my support and $ has been going to GOA and TFA for several years now.

I have an extensive collection. All my friends are Gun Guys. None of us are fans of or members of the NRA.
GOA is a different story.

From what I can tell, no matter what the NRA's intended purpose was, it is now just a scheme to make sure execs like LaPierre lead a nice comfortable life with lots of fringe benefits. You know... just like any other big lobby.

Same with The United Way years ago..corporations used tp put that on there W-2 sign u, the NFL sponsered them religiously, etc. Now I am not sure they exist after all that outting and accountability.
This reaches further into these PAC's and Foundations by pols.

This lobbying BS and corporate campaign contributions has to end.

And no, what thread?

I misread...

  • Reduce stockpiling of weapons. In order to reduce the stockpiling of firearms, Biden supports legislation restricting the number of firearms an individual may purchase per month to one.

Nothing like 18th century perspective on 21st century problems. Maybe I should ask my GamGam about my cryptocurrency portfolio.
