CGE is just kind of an introvert. Who cares? It obviously hasn’t hurt our ELITE OL class this year. They know they are gonna get developed by an excellent coach. And the staff has obviously built a recruiting apparatus that plays to our coaches’ strengths and makes up for their weaknesses.

There are very few questions left in terms of our talent acquisition if this class is any indication, and CGE is definitely not one holding us back. It makes no difference the role he plays in getting them here, as long as they get here. His job is to coach and develop, and they’ve obviously got the recruiting part covered.
