‘23 NV RB Will Stallings

While Stallings only had 82 carries last year in 13 games, he still rushed for 714 yards (8.7 ypc) and 8 TDs.

Fit
Stallings's fit in the Tennessee offense is pretty simple as he is a bruising running back who can churn out yards in between tackles, but he also has the ability to hit the home run at times. His vision with the ball in his hands is one thing that sets him apart. He sees the field well. When you turn on the film of Stallings at Bishop Gorman, he is also a well-developed pass blocker and a significant threat in the screen game. The upside with Stallings is even better when you consider that he has legitimate offers to play Linebacker at the division level as well.
Impact Report: Vols Land Bruising Back in Nevada Standout Will Stallings Jr.

“He’s definitely a great player and a kid who loves to compete. He loves and bleeds football. His focus and his attitude towards football is something that is not normal for that age. His commitment to what he is doing and to his craft is just excellent. He does a little bit of everything for us and is a very versatile player. He will have no problem adapting to any type of offense.”
-- Brent Browner, Bishop Gorman head football coach

He’s a hard-nosed runner that gets vertical as soon as he can. The running back never shies away from contact and always keeps his feet moving, needing multiple defenders at times to drag him down.

At Bishop Gorman, the offense is run [out of the] shotgun and there’s a lot of movement in front of him with guards pulling, tackles crossing and kicking out and with some folds and scoop blocks mixed in. The look is similar to what Heupel does at Tennessee and there’s even some H-backs [in the] mix. Stallings does a great job of following behind those blockers, showing the patience to allow the play to develop in front of him. He shows plus-vision as well, knowing when to cut back or bounce outside. He’s shown the ability to catch the ball out of the backfield on screen passes, usually going the distance after a broken tackle or two – showing good balance in the process.

And, there it is. The inevitable post to crap all over a kid's commitment because you rate him lower than our coaching staff does. Take a lap.

It was in blue font 😂… Calm down.. He’s been killing it at camps and is gonna blow up senior year therefore improving his ranking. I trust this staff’s evaluations on the most part over some recruiting services😂.
