I take the bad with good with Tony B. I think he gets some good information but I think he spews garbage at times also and even makes points that are unpopular just to drive traffic on his site and station. My buddy really tried to get LeCounte to talk about recruiting by mentioning his anxiety and readiness for January 2nd. He stated he really hopes we get Washington, Ringo, and Evans, trying to see if he would spill any info to him, but LeCounte was very tight lipped on the recruiting topic.

Callahan never says anything definitive even if he knows for a fact one way or another. Which is why when he puts in a crystal ball pick people go nuts, that’s his only way of giving a yes or no, really.

However, he wrote an article on Christmas Eve discussing The Vols “wish list” to close out this class and Washington’s name wasn’t mentioned a single time. It was Hardy, Beckwith, and a couple of wide receiver options. That should tell you a lot as well.

He also implied he had "accepted our offer" or something to that effect, though he acknowledged the rug could get pulled out from under him at anytime. It was back on about page 49 or so. He edited it out later after it started popping up on rival boards but it's quoted by several people in the following pages. I DO NOT want to crank up the argument again because no one's mind will be changed but as a matter of record that's how far along the negotiations were per AV even back then. That was pre-season I believe.

Lol no I have never believed we were getting DW. I’m just pointing out there is no need for everyone to explain like he was talking in some code to protect him. It doesn’t matter he was only saying what he believed. I was thought it was strange he acted like UGA talk was nothing real.

How could there possibly be negotiations? AV's just a rich guy with connections, so those posts are simply delusions.

I've disagreed on DW's final choice the entire time, this whole bull about having a problem with AV being wrong, is ridiculous.

But that's the 3rd time this week that someone has had an issue with me including the entire post.

The classic meltdown is when Dobbs stepped into the pocket and calmly sent UGA fans into tears OMG that was classic watching the fans go into a frenzy when I think it was Ridley who caught the “Game Winner” and then they started crying like little fat babies with no tit to suck.i often think about that day when I wanna talk smack to UGA fans or just when I wanna smile.i thought Ol’ Vern was gonna have a stroke when JJ caught that over 15 Georgia defenders
