I get it. Good enough is good enough after all. Low risk low reward mentality allows you to out roster most teams most of the time with the recruiting level UGA does. Its easier to enjoy the low hanging fruit that to have the drive and purpose that is required to win a title. Its uncomfortable to expect more and be disappointed when it doesn't happen.

UGA is not built to be a national championship team. They are built beat average to below average teams by wearing them down. They dont do anything special. On either side of the ball, just deeper to stay fresher.

I agree with that. Bully ball doesn't work any more. UGA won't get over the hump unless they update their offense. Waiting for 2 first round talent RB's to return for their senior year is a terrible game plan.

Why do some people feel like it's their mission to make sure others know bad things are likely to happen? Sad really.

Why do some people post the same mindless drivel about how we're getting every top prospect and winning every game, until we don't? It's boring as hell and wrong more often then not. If someone really thinks that, there's no reason for them to ever make more than one post about football. There should be a thread for posters like that where they can endorse a policy statement about unbridled optimism with a thumbs up emoji and save the rest of us some time wading through their nonsensical musings.
