I 100% believe DW is signed with Georgia. I don’t begrudge him for wanting his moment but I think the least he could have done, out of respect for CBN, is to not have announced it during UT’s bowl game. Maybe petty thinking, on my part, but just seems a little classless to me.

It’s more flash than substance. I’d much rather it be a 5 star OT, DE, or CB.

That said, if you can add a 5 star athlete then it’s always awesome.

It’s just a coincidence. Tonight is his all star game. A lot of players commit during their Allstar games. Last one I remember was Kyle Phillips.

He's announcing during halftime of his all-star game, maybe the biggest spotlight moment of his career. If he announces for UGA, it has nothing to do with disrespecting Nieds. It just happens to be at the same time.

The all american game just so happens to be the same day of our bowl game. Just a coincidence.
