:blink::unsure: Did you watch the games today?? Gibson is a much better thrower and add in the fact he is an elite athlete....JJ is an athlete and an average thrower and I'm being generous when saying that

I agree JJ will have to develop into a college qb. We need a great one to lead us with all the wide outs. He can get better and offensive scheme is going to get him hurt.

JJ is clearly the better QB. Gibson is faster but that's it.

As for better competition, some folks think, that just because the schools are in FL, that the teams are better......top to bottom.

There is a TON of talent in the Oakland and Blackman teams. It's loaded with D1 talent and secondary college talent.

I'd say Oakland has one of the better defenses in the state this year.

Agree plus TGs recievers are FAR superior to JJs.

I guess you didn't see TG play today. He was much better throwing the ball than JJ. I am not a guy who puts much stock into level of competition but if you think Oakland and Blackman are on the same level as the teams in FLA then you're sadly mistaken.

Watching these games makes me want TG, JJ and QD on the same team even more.

I did watch. Gibson threw down field only a few times that were 1 on 1. Had some nice throws.

I would put the Blackman and Oakland up against those two schools in FL any day of the week.

Tennessee high school ball has improved dramatically the last 5 seasons but too say that anywhere in the country having athletes like the Miami area,there's more players recruited in this area than anywhere in the country.

And Blackman and Oakland would lose 99% of the time. Tennessee just doesn't have the same amount if talent as FL. I hate it but it's a fact. Heritage would beat both of them by at least 21 points.

Both Gibson and JJ played good today. They both need work at QB. Gibsons throws looked better IMO. That's not a knock on JJ because he looked good too.
