when you grade on a curve, you get results like that. His unadjusted grade is a D- and only just missed being an F because he finally decided to commit some additional troops to Afghanistan.

I shouldn't be surprised but I really can't believe Obama had the stones to actually say this. I could see him saying C perhaps C+ with a straight face although I would give him a D+ at this point.

well, im guessing the "test" has a discrepency rating of higher then .5, more closer to a 0.9 if not a 1.0 therefore the test is invalid, and the results of the assesment needs to be axed. Im guessing that his over all performace will be more like two or 3 deviations to the left of the curve, not just the 1 (using a mean score of 85)

Nay.

When I voted for him, I wanted a few things in particular.

- The War on Terror shifted from Iraq to Afghanistan
- Close down Gitmo
- Some sort of Heathcare reform. I don't really care how minute. I just care that there's a step in the right direction.

Aside from that, anything else I can think of that I wanted would have just been gravy.

So you want terrorists on American soil? To get the same rights you have?

Our healthcare system is not broke, why in the world do you want the govt taking over our healthcare?

It only took him about a year to decide to send more resources to Afghanistan, not bad.

1) No, I don't want terrorists having the same rights as I do. But to send them in exile somewhere that's not even on American soil, and the jurisdiction is kind of funky, is, well, not the best way to do things in my opinion. Build a Gitmo like facility somewhere else. Alaska's pretty damn isolated; build a new Gitmo facility there.

2) Ok, about the healthcare deal. It's a great thing if you have it(which I do, thankfully), but if you can't afford it, the system looks at you and says, "Tough cookies". Yes, you can go to an ER. However, you will most likely end up going broke if you don't have health insurance.

The problem is when you let them into our country then you have to give them rights. They are terrorists they don't have any. I wish we would stop capturing them period and just kill them on the battlefield.

I will agree we need to do somethings to make helathcare more affordable, but there are free market solutions. I should not be made to pay for anyone else's healthcare and no one should have to pay for mine but me.
