It's a matter of transliteration from Arabic to English.

English speaking person.

So we can assume whomever Obama or his staff
assigned to run the WH twitter account is a moron
or probably grew up speaking Arabic or both.

Personally I would guess the third option or perhaps
a Farsi speaker.

For the record, I would have speeled Libya the same way without thinkg about it. I really could care less.

And whoever said it - I'm pretty sure Bush stopped playing golf sometime in 03 out of respect to those fighting in Iraq.
