He's a rising star. This is a big position. I like the youth and energy. Sounds like it could be a solid choice.

I hope you're right, but Obama has done nothing and said nothing that would lead me to believe he will have any substantive differences with Pelosi/Reid.

Reid told Obama to give money to the DNC so they could fund some of the races. Obama told him he needs to take care of his own business, he had a campaign to run and did not give him a dime.

You guys have Pelosi backwards, she is going to suck up to Obama, watch.

got any link to back that up? my memory is a little foggy, but didn't the democrats increase their majorities in Congress?

I did not know you were an investment banker.

But then again your not running on the platform of making things "fair" for the little guy.

You see things this way....... Keep the government out of the way, don't punish the successful for being prosperous and the money tends to trickle down. Everybody does better.

Is this correct?

pretty close. My investment banking was limited to corporate capital raising and M&A. Don't know much about the other parts of the banks.
