My money is on some lame comparison, the Trumpsters will claim victory, the other 90 percent of us will roll our eyes at you, yet again.

Hardly. What James Rosen of Fox News is claiming that will be confirmed is what we already had suspected. Which is that some members of the Trump campaign and transition team had intelligence collected on them through incidental surveillance. We know this happened because we know the content of the phone call in late December between former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn and Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak. Obviously, there was surveillance. The only thing that Nunes added (and he has even waffled on this part) is that not every bit of surveillance may have been related to Russia. Now, being Fox News, they will definitely employ the tactic of placing the words incidental surveillance in between quotation marks as a means of implying that it was actually done deliberately. Terms such as smoking gun will also be employed to further stoke the conspiracy loving right... but make no mistake that this is nothing new. Just like nothing Nunes said yesterday was anything new... and we should all take note of what the Washington Post pointed out yesterday - not once in their coverage of the Devin Nunes press conferences yesterday did Fox News ever mention that at one time Nunes was a member of the Trump transition team. Every other news network did point out this significant fact.
