So you’re both right. Using non public information as an advantage is against the law for everybody. It’s especially heinous when members of Congress do it with the trust they are supposed to be endowed with from the public. And anybody whom is shown to have done it needs to be punished regardless of the party by their name. And that extends to the executive branch also.
