If the GOP put a tenth of the effort they have made to delegitimize the man into passing some of the jobs or growth plans he has put forward, we'd be far better off. Of course, if they did that it might mean the country does well but they can't win in November, so it will never happen.

Actually agree with LG on this one. If we all spent a bit more time thinking about something other than our own power base we might get something done.


Now, putting my tin-foil hat back on...

Wouldn't all of these birther controversies be something that a professional politician would have settled in his autobiography? I'm just saying, if he knew he had an odd SSN because of a zipcode typo, wouldn't he put a cute story in the book just to answer anyone ahead of time?

If his last name was Clinton there would be a team of people quietly fixing these problems...

you mean like the stimulus plan that was to drop unemployment to the mid-5's by this point?
