Not only is it always running, but it must be loud. Reggie ball heard that motor coming at him and forgot that it was 4th down. :bad:

you know he is a fair DE but I dont see him doin any better than the Vols will overstreet a few years back

Guy is a 3-time AA

We may dislike him but you don't make the AA list 3 consecutive years and be called fair

NFL wise? I would agree

well 1st...overstreet is in the nfl with the falcons....secondly pollack aint ...yet....and thirdly the AA status in my umble opinion is little more than a popularity contest...similar to the heisman :nono:

Pollack is very good. But he has gotten more mileage out of that Sack/INT/TD play against SC 3 years ago than I have ever seen a player get.

Not at all.

People hate the guy so much they don't even have a clue that he actually had very good Junior/Senior seasons.....Coaches AND Media AA years mind you....so I think the whole popularity thing goes down the drain.

I mean, do people remember his 2003 game against us? 2 sacks, 2 pass deflections, 2 quarterback hurries, and 8 total tackles. Not only that but he was a finalists for the Rotary Lombardi Award and won the 2003 Ted Hendricks National Defensive End of the Year Award presented annually to the nation's top defensive end

Granted, his SC TD gets still too much coverage but thats another story, IMO.

And no, I am not some UGA fan/Pollack fan but I hate to see people dislike a guy for reasons that don't exist.....I respect a lot of players on other teams and he is one.

I respect the kid, but I think he is often over-rated, and I CONSTATLY hear this same mantra of "his motor never stops running" hence the running joke.

Let me tell you, his motor will never stop running...

... Even the motor on his Rascal scooter when he gets old:

USC, as in Carolina, not California.

 Did I say differently? [/quote]
No . . . just hard to believe that a guy with a Southern Cal avatar would "dare" refer to South Carolina as USC. Usually you have to be within 20 miles of Columbia, SC to refer to it that way.

It's all context, I suppose. i.e. if I'm talking about a Georgia player in relation to USC, it's probably got to do with the South Carolina Fried Birdies.

I understand . . . BTW, I'm watching local news and I'll be damned if they didn't just do a segment about the end of David and David's careers. I can't escape the hype down here!?!?

On the bowl selection show, one of their recommendations for defensive player of the year was David Pollack. I swear on my life that one of the guys said David Pollack, his motor does not stop! :eek:lol: :dlol:
