I just can't see him leaving a current national title contender for another OC job. He leaves for a HC job.

And, if what I read is correct, by terminating his contract, Bajakian has to pay us 33% of his salary, so we should be able to offer over $600,000 for an OC without actually spending any more than we already had earmarked for Bajakian.
