Official 2015 NFL Playoffs Thread

Looked like he caught it, took three steps and then the ball hit the ground while he was reaching for the goal line. Since the ground can't cause a fumble, it should be first down Dallas. Bad call imo.

I'm fine with this because Seattle will destroy Green Bay.

That's why i was saying it wasn't so clear cut. It's BS though that a play like that can be overturned. He literally had it in his hand stretching for the line.

I agree but that's what happens when you have a ****ing dumb rule.

Not that I care since I hate both teams, but it reminded me of the great catch by North a couple years ago

Can't wait for the NFL to revise the catch rule to make it even more confusing this offseason. This league simply cannot get out of its own way.

That was so much worse than some PI call that it's not funny. And I hate the Cowboys.

Same here and if my Broncos win today - I dread to think what might happen in NE next week - these NFL review idiots are unreal

His right forearm was down before the ball came out. Bad call imo

Doesn't matter. The rule says he has to make a football move (which I think he did) or complete the catch to the ground. It's an awful rule.

Sorry I'm going to wallow in my bitterness especially since it's Dez.

Shields tips it and to me, Dez is still securing the ball as he dives for the end zone. So his "football move" is going to the ground. I jumped off the couch and said incomplete in real time and I hate the Cowboys so there's those two pieces in my theory. Watch it live and in real time. Looks a lot different that way if you ask me.

He caught the ball up high and stretched for the goal line. If anything, he fumbled and recovered himself. No way it is is supposed to be Green Bay football.
