Official 2015 NFL Playoffs Thread

I don't remember when he posted that, but it was looking pretty bleak for NE when they went down 14-0 having not even slowed the Ravens offense down, and going nowhere when they'd had the ball.

Yeah, but anyone willing to throw the Patriots out of a game after just one quarter and only down 2 scores is premature at best. Dumber than a box of rocks more realistically.

I said it was looking bad for NE,I didn't say they were going to lose

Not even close to what you said. Not even marginally. Man up. You were dead wrong.

I'll admit I was wrong. I said that it was going to get ugly after the Ravens second TD. Glad they turned it around though, and hope Denver can win this evening, because I want to see Brady/Manning next weekend with another trip to the SB on the line.

Kudos for honesty. and a like.

As much as it pains me, I think the Broncos will get schooled today. Hope I am wrong.

2014-15 NFL playoffs -- John Harbaugh says New England Patriots' subbing 'clearly deception' - ESPN

I look forward to the day when the Patriots actually go out and play a game without feeling like they have to exploit the game any way they can to get an edge up. Their only edge is blatantly cheating, trying to find loopholes and exploiting the rules. If they make it to the Super Bowl, can't wait to watch the Seahawks mop the floor with them. Pete Carrol will show Belichick how cheating is really done. The difference being that Pete Carrol has never actually had to cheat the NFL. If you pay a player to come to your team in the NFL, that's just called signing a free agent. If you record another teams signals, that's called cheating. Too bad the NFL lacks the nads the NCAA has. Or heck, even baseball. At least the NCAA vacates wins and MLB bans you from the Hall. The NFL just strips you of a draft pick and gives you a piddly ass fine while letting the results stand. As if knowing the other teams plays weren't the difference between winning by 3 points or going 0-3 in their Super Bowl wins.

Won't happen until cry baby Brady and Belicheat are gone

It's sort of his thing; he's made a bit of a rep for himself for calling things before the game is over and ending up wrong. This one was a tad different, but he does stuff like say a game is over and announce the score as final, only to be wrong.

Looks like the usual Patriots Playoff choke job

Man up. There's no way you said this and didn't mean they were going to lose. No one refers to a quarter as "choke job".

Also it's humorous you claim a franchise that makes the AFC Championship every year is known for playoff choke jobs.

You've got to start expecting this. Dude says some pretty hilariously off-base things.

I hope y'all hold your breath waiting for that:neener:
